Nvidia Physx 7 Download Medal Of Honor Airborne 1

Tried the uninstall physx tried the utune app to disable physx. tried reinstall windows to remove any new physx due to the fact that i have played this game on this very computer. tried to register my game on origin after making an exception in firewall, it still doesnt show up under my profile. and even tried a fix that was made for windows xp pro still no success. i think the tech on EA was trying to set me up for digital download of program but with the lack of origin recognizing that fact that i have bought this game it wont let me download anything. so no solved yet.
